You bet it! Playing water and splashing it everywhere... Mummy gets very angry as when this happen, mummy will need to change the clothes and chase the kids out from the bathroom! Unfortunately, especially for Zheng, he will be forced to come out with mummy's yelling or a cane. Mummy just wish that this won't happen everyday as it is just as bad to turn the joyful moment in the bathroom into a terrible experience. En En is much easier to handle compare to Zheng as she is more understanding when we reason with her.
Zheng loves to play with water, of course and he can't stop washing hands whenever he's near to the sink. When it comes to brushing his teeth, a battle will happen because he refuses to brush his teeth nor let mummy to brush for him. He has very serious mouth hygiene due to the love for sweets. Sometimes he will hit himself when trying to avoid mummy brushing his teeth and bang his head on the bathroom's wall or the sink. To be exact, the bathroom is rather small for even two adults to go in. Therefore, if Zheng is trying to run or throwing tantrum in the bathroom, accidents may happen.
Talking about bathroom, mummy really hope we can have better bathrooms at downstairs and upstairs too. The bathroom downstairs doesn't have a seated toilet which will be good for a home with eldery people and children. There should be another additional water tap besides the toilet for convenience to all. The bathroom upstairs should have a bigger shower head especially for someone who has bigger body frame like daddy to bath happily. Mummy is wishing to have a full size bath tub... well, that's quite impossible with such a small bathroom.
Ever since we changed the traditional water tap to a modern water tap... there is really nothing much we can do to stop Zheng from playing water. He just need to push the lever handle aside, then water will be flowing out non-stop... this is also the time mummy will go for him with a cane in the hand. How come kids love to play with water so much?
This is the place to jots down every spicy & juicy ingredients added in our life since having our first child. It is our great memory flashback tool in years to come.

Little Umbrella
Listen to the rhythm of the falling rain...

Sometimes I wonder whether we really need to buy those expensive toys? They are more interested on what we have in the house...

My New Hang-out place!
I found new things to do ... in the laundry area!

I think I'm done now. I want to find my Pooh Pooh bear... coz I'm afraid kakak will throw Pooh Pooh into the water and it needs help! "( in fact, we soak the plush toy for wash but En En thought Pooh Pooh is drowning, LOL!)
Hmm... how to operate this washing machine? I always saw kakak using this to wash clothes... Make sure the door close tight tight...
Then, push some buttons...
Suddenly mummy asked me whether I wear shoes or not coz the floor is wet and slippery. So I double checked...
Yes... I'm one obedient girl.... shoes - checked! Pardon for my big tummy but this is my view from top...

Mirror... mirror... on the??

Oh, it's on the wardrobe door. The full length mirror which is now become En En's favourite hang out place before bedtime, after bath or just simply loitering around there.
En En started to attrack to the mirror when she saw herself in there and right away she shouted: "Ba-bie!" She talks to the baby in the mirror, when mummy told her to kiss the baby, she did right away. So, mummy got to wipe the mirror after she sleeps since it will full of her saliva. Yucks~ She just love the mirror and will be so happy if we praise the baby in the mirror is so pretty. Now, every night, she will open the wardrobe door by herself when she feels bored in the room and enjoy herself.
When she refuse to wear clothes after bath, mummy or Ah Mah will bring her to the mirror & tell her shame shame and show her that she's topless or point to her bum! Haha... If she's without a top, she will yells and if she's without any diaper she will pull her shirt to cover the important part while watching the mirror... *roll eyes*
One of our weapon to calm En En when she's crying or become cranky is to bring her to the front of the mirror and tell her to look at the baby who is crying. Strange enough when she sees herself, she will turn to laugh. Weird baby!

New Toy

There was one morning En En woke up with only mummy at home... oh yes... daddy still sleeping if not mistaken. We went downstairs and mummy was busy with something else and no one was there to entertain our little princess.
Suddenly, mummy saw En En was bringing the basket we use to put her soiled lampin (muslin) and modern cloth diaper to the living hall. Of course, it's already been cleaned by MIL. She positioned the basket in front of the chair and cabinet so that she could hold on and put her legs in one after another. Oh my goodness, she was squatting in the basket but too bad the basket is not big enough for her to sit in. Then, she was successfully coming out from the basket by her own. Mummy was busy taking her photos at that moment and didn't bother she would fall or not... haha...LOL!
En En just dragged the basket to kitchen, back to the living hall; attempt to go in again, try to put on her head... but no fun after doing it several times and finally she gave up playing with the basket.

My Little Girl's Favourite Tee

It's not En En's tee, it's mummy's! Since En En was 3 months old she's been excited and happy to see this t-shirt when I wear it on. Guess the cute little birds attracted her and whenever she's in bad mood, mummy always try to get this tee and wear on. This will distract her and occupy some of her times as she's trying to explore her little friends in tee no matter she was crying or fussing. En En will stop whatever she's doing and come close to mummy when I show up with her little firneds. En En will crawl up mummy's body and use her little finger to point to each of her cute little friends.
This tee aged more than 12 years, it's a gift from my ex-wushu team-mate who's been to Asian Games in 1994. I never been to Asian Games but SEA Game in 1997 and never have such a cute tee then. If look closely, the edge of the tee already turn yellowish. Don't know how long I still can keep it but for sure this is En En earliest favourite item!
